  The LuxeAmelia was absolutely amazing! John thought of everything and then some. The accommodations were beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. Everything you could think of that you might want or need was available to us. Bikes, wagon and chairs that we took to the beach, towels, cookware and more! John was immediate to respond when we had questions. None of us want to leave tomorrow. We had such a great time! We'll be back and will certainly stay here again!

  This property is exceptional and definitely deserves a 5/5! The condo is extremely clean, spacious, very, very comfortable and about a 3-minute drive to the beach!! We have been renting in Amelia Island for some time and by far, this was the most well-appointed property we have rented. The owner’s attention to details is impeccable and the rental is stocked with everything one could possibly need in the kitchen! As coffee lovers, we were ecstatic when we saw the expresso coffee machine for our daily lattes! In addition, the owner went above and beyond in providing ‘extra’ hospitality touches such as having cold water bottles in the fridge, various coffee and tea selections, and wonderful soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms. The beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were much appreciated and went a long way to making our beach stay very relaxing. All in all, we had a very enjoyable beach vacation with luxury hotel quality accommodations!

  John is a great host that goes above and beyond to ensure the overall experience of the stay as well as the cleanliness of the property. Toiletries, coffee, quality towels and linens all well stocked, and even had a baby gate that made our stay much easier. Solid internet and ability to have a work station was a must for us and did not disappoint.

  One word: OUTSTANDING! Everything about this vacation rental was wonderful. Location to beach was perfect! Quiet, comfortable and Beautiful home. Everything we needed was provided. We could not ask for a better place. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and was very responsive to our inquiries and requests. Our family felt comfortable and pampered with all upgraded appliances and amenities. We will be coming back again. This is how vacation rentals should be. Truly a home away from home!

  The accommodations, extras provided and check out policy were better than other rentals. Layout of living space and bedrooms/bathrooms and location to beach are great. Plenty of towels and toiletries were a major plus. Garage for bikes, beach gear and sandy shoes is fantastic. We had 4 teenagers with us and the layout was ideal for them and us! Extraordinary service. Loved it!
