We recently purchased a 2023 Evolution Forrester Plus from
eWheelz. I could not be happier with the entire experience. We test drove every cart in the area and when we test drove the Evolution, there was no question that was the cart for us. The staff at eWheelz are amazing! They handled absolutely everything and simply phoned us to inform us it was ready. I highly highly recommend them if you are considering a cart.

I contacted eWheelz to inquire about two club cars and I spoke with Symphony, who was very helpful and generous with answering my questions about a club car I was eyeballing. I wanted to purchase two and so she got right to work to see if she could get a good deal for me. I was also looking at clubs cars that were in my local area, which is about more than two hours away from eWheelz. I did communicate to Symphony this and she understood and still worked to help me find a good deal. I ultimately did go with the other dealer, which was on a small technicality that had nothing to do with eWheelz or from working with Symphony. If not for this technicality, I would have made the purchase for the two club cars. I know that if anyone I know asks about club cars, I would refer them to eWheelz. I also hope this review is helpful to anyone is is considering the business of this dealership. I think they won’t disappoint. Good luck and happy club car hunting.

Amazing customer service! Bought a golf bag attachment for our evolution golf cart (which you can't find anywhere) and arrived so quickly (we are in MN)! We had an issue with a broken plastic piece - I let them know and they got back to me WITHIN THE HOUR to let me know that it was being replaced and sent - piece will be here by next week. I would HIGHLY recommend using eWheelz to outfit your cart! Thanks so much!

My family and I arrived at amelia island plantation on 7/9/22 for our yearly vacation. Weeks prior I contacted eWheelz to secure a golf cart rental for our daily trips to the pool, beach and much loved golf cart rides that our children enjoy immensely.
The cart was delivered directly to our condo before the estimated delivery time and we also received a phone call from the delivery driver which was extremely courteous and professional.
During our initial cart ride we experienced some mechanical issues with the gas golf cart and immediately contacted eWheelz via phone and email. After explaining the issues with the golf cart we were quickly issued an apology and told that we would have a replacement cart delivered to us the following morning at no additional charge.
After a couple emails back and forth with eWheelz we were able to come to an agreement on how to resolve the situation so that both our family and company were happy. Not only did eWheelz extend our cart rental by one day free of charge they but they also delivered a brand new electric golf cart at no additional cost.
We just finished a 45 minute cart ride and the cart is absolutely amazing in both functionality, quality and appearance.

I would recommend eWheelz to anyone that has a golf cart rental need.

Outstanding repair service at eWheelz. I called them to say I was having a problem with my cart holding a charge and decided to have them troubleshoot the issue. They picked up the cart promptly and provided a detailed assessment of the particular issue (internal short in one of the batteries), additionally they performed a complete inspection with detailed results. After repairs were completed and I paid my bill electronically the cart was returned this morning and to my unexpected surprise the cart had been completely cleaned !! This shop has become the only shop to care and service my 2016 Club Car Precedent. Thanks a million !!!
