Excellent instructors make it fun.

Really challenging class. If you are looking to work up a sweat and really get a good workout in then take this class! The workouts are set to really fun music. The instructors are great and really help to keep you motivated. They also offer babysitting which is great too! Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Jazzercise works all areas of the body and you can decide if you want to do low impact moves or high impact. The instructors will show you both ways.
You’re working hard, but to some really awesome music, so you forget how hard you’re working!
I’m over 50, and in the past, I would only walk for exercise. Jazzercise has been helping me to tone and firm areas that need it as we get older, and I have a lot more energy too!
Plus- you’ll be working out with some pretty awesome and supportive people, that includes the instructors as well!

I was here on business and needed my "Jazzercise" fix. I found this gem, when I went in to inquire how much a day pass would be, they welcomed me with open arms! From the instructors to the participants, I felt right at home!! Thank you for making me feel like I belonged! Karen and Tina you rock!!

A great workout at the intensity level you choose. A combination of strength and aerobics in most classes. Uptempo, popular music. Excited and energized instructors.
