  Everyone there was so friendly and nice! George and Chris are who I spoke with the most and they went above and beyond for me the entire time I was there, and the mechanics got my car working quicker than I anticipated for the amount of issues I had and did a top notch job. This is now the only place I’ll go to for car issues because of such great customer service and quality car repair.

  As I have been told,My location at 11460 west colonial drive ocoee 34761 is honest and loyal to all my clients/Friends. I personally do what ever it takes to make my Clients/Friends feel at home. I strive to make everyone smile and feel when they leave as part of my family. The cost for service needed is never an issue here. No One Ever leaves here unsafe and questioning what was done. Everything is always done and said in full detail with SAFETY FIRST. I do not and will never cut any corners to save a dollar.Your and your families safety is my first priority. Ask for Michael.

  I have been using this Pep Boys since it opened. I have bought a couple of sets of tires from them when they have them on sale. I take my vehicles in for the tire balance and rotation and I'm always been satisfied. I took one of the company Vehicles there and of course management wanted to buy the cheapest tires that they had in stock. I forget what brand they were, we only bought two for the front end. After a couple thousand miles the tires were wearing irregular and could not be balanced. Pep Boys did a warranty claim and we managed to step up to a better grade of tires for a small fee. We've had these tires for over a year and put many miles on them and not had any problems. I have also had Pep Boys replace my struts, shocks and brakes on a couple of my vehicles and I've always been satisfied with their work.
