(December 12, 2018, 10:19 am)The community is very lovely! Everyone's very nice to each other and the place is so beautiful. The apartments are so cozy and the staff is always cheerful. Melissa has been extremely helpful to me and honestly, she's that one face I hope to see every time I go to the leasing office.

(May 22, 2018, 4:12 pm)Marden Ridge is an absolutely gorgeous community! If you are looking for a beautiful place to live, that also has great prices, then look no further. These apartments are brand new, have beautiful flooring, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and much more. The property itself is in a great location, close to major roadways so you have easy access to everything around the area. In addition, the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse are all amazing as well. If you're a coffee drinker, you have access to free Starbucks coffee in the clubhouse lounge! You can't beat that as we all know how expensive that can be. Above all these great things though, the best part about this property is the people. From the property manager(s), to the office staff, to the maintenance workers, everyone is absolutely incredible! Specifically, Kelly, Audrey, Maria, Donna, and James are just top notch people. They push the experience of living here over the top. If you are considering this property at all, don't wait any longer because once people find this gem the units are going to disappear fast!
