  Our insurance assigned us to this location. My wife went for her first appointment here (though she’s been going for regular checkups twice a year to other practices). Her initial appointment was really just the assessment. No cleaning. That’s supposed to be scheduled after the assessment. I understand that their policy has them separate, but it is entirely a waste of time to not offer the cleaning directly after the appointment on the same day.
  
  Knowing this, I requested the cleaning to be scheduled after my assessment knowing this. I was told “Well, we will see what we can do but we can’t promise anything.” This was a month in advance. Their reason was because they didn’t know what type of cleaning would be needed. Why they can’t assume worst case and schedule the hygienist for that time and then if it’s less time, so be it.
  
  On the day before my appointment/assessment, I reminded them that I wanted the cleaning directly after. And again, they said “well, we will see what they can do.” I reminded them that I requested this a month prior and they had ample time to schedule the hygienist. My expectation was to have the cleaning the same day.
  
  It worked out that the cleaning was completed after the assessment (no cavities and teeth and gums were in decent shape). While I understand their policies are their for a reason, it should be an expectation to have the cleaning the same day. The wait time between assessment and cleaning took longer than what I might expect, but all of the staff were friendly and professional. If not for the scheduling debacle, I’d have given 5 stars.

  My first time in the office and they were friendly, professional and treated me like family. The professionalism starts at the receptionist desk. From there it was a great experience. The team, George, Katelyn, Brandy, Katrina, Luary and Dr. Shenouda are the best. They put you at ease, explain everything and answered all my questions. Service was awesome. Really a great office. I highly recommend this office. You will not regret it.

  Went in for a new patient appointment. I was nervous as most people, who haven't seen a dentist in 15 years. But every staff member was amazing and very pleasant, made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend going in

  The staff is extremely nice. They respect distancing and have very short wait times. Really liked the dentist he looks young enough to be my son but he's very detailed. Overall I left happy and will be going back
