(February 7, 2019, 6:08 pm)Rooms were very nice although walls are extremely thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations and TV. Amenities were great, the pool and playground were fun. Lots of dining options and cast members were all friendly and helpful. Multiple bus stops so it can be a while before you even get off the hotel property, but otherwise transportation was great! Very big resort, lots of walking.

(February 5, 2019, 9:17 pm)Great Resort, elegant but simple. The rooms smelled like fresh linen, so great! Staffed by wonderful people! Great meals and so close to the theme parks! They are currently adding to the reaort and it looks great already. You WON’T be disappointed if you stay here.

(January 30, 2019, 11:38 am)My family and I have stayed here 3 times the 1st 2 was b4 the renovations and we still enjoyed our stay. But now the rooms are so beautiful. Right now is a good time to go. The entire room and bathroom was redone looks great felt like we were in a brand new room especially the bathroom new shower head and tub. Not to mentioned it was all at a decent price. I have never once had any kind of issues here. Very beautiful and worth every penny.

(January 27, 2019, 2:00 pm)Excellent family resort. The grounds were well manicured and often had fountains in courtyards. There is a nice lake in the center of the resort. When we visited in the middle of summer 2018, construction of a new on the lake restaurant was being built. We would love to visit again once that is completed. It would be an amazing experience to eat at a restaurant situated in the middle of a lake. The resort was tranquil and quite when we stayed there. The pool was themed to look like a south American temple. It was spacious and clean. There was also a large hot tub. The food at the pool bar and food court was fresh and delicious. We did not eat at the main restaurant, Maya Grill. I should also mention the luxury glass inclosed shower with premium bath products, Disney's H2O line. Great counters space in the dressing area and the room was a decent size.
