My experience with Mr. Sunday has always been great
I have known Jeff for a number of years outside his law practice, however until recently I never had a reason to use his services. What I found was a very experienced, professional and dedicated attorney who helped me greatly get through a difficult situation with my former spouse. His results were top notched and his work with the other council was without any any issues or problems. This lead to an agreement that was amicable to both parties.
Last year I needed the services of a family law attorney and I looked at many websites, mostly the big name firms, and read many testimonials. When I came across Jeff's website and read that as a sole practitioner he was able to give me individual attention and personally manage every component of my case, I gave him a call and set up an appointment. At the first meeting with Jeff, I knew I had made the right choice. Jeff was on my side and looking out for my best interests and the best interests of my children at a very stressful time in our lives. He was very knowledgeable about family law issues, and had compassion for spouses who were victims of abuse and for the children caught up in the case. Jeff was available during and outside of business hours to answer questions and provide advice on dealing with some difficult situations. My case didn't proceed to court, but if it had, I felt I was in good hands. Jeff is professional and compassionate and I recommend him to you as a family law attorney.
When I started searching for an attorney to handle a modification to my divorce settlement, I started with a few of the firms with the ads you see on television or the catchy billboards, all I found was fast talking sales people to make a sale and sign a contract, before you could even speak with a qualified attorney. I even signed a contract with one of the most well known firms in town, only to cancel because I was lied to about the retainer, I actually canceled the check the next day. Finding Jeff was a pleasent and good experience, Jeff is knowledgable in current family law and handled my case with profesionalism and at a great and fair price, I actually got my monies worth. I would reccomend Jeff to anyone that doesn't want to get taken advatage of, he did a great job for me.
