  We almost got a raw deal served to us by our insurance company after hurricane Irma damaged 47% of our roof shingles. It's Florida State law that over 25% damage to your roof requires a full roof repair payout. Our insurance company failed to follow that requirement. OTTR got us connected to a good lawyer. It took 8 months to get our insurance company to comply, then another 8 months to get on OTTR's schedule. However, when the roof was finally finished, it was a great job. Not too painful for us during the actual construction - though our cats might disagree, very minimal damage to our decorative plants around our house's perimeter, and a more than decent job on the clean-up. Their price was competitive and over all quality of service excellent. I highly recommend them.

  We had Over the Top Roofers replace our roof after Hurricane Irma. We were very satisfied with the whole experience. Their price was right in line with what our insurance company had quoted and we were able to get an upgraded shingle so that made us happy. They "walked us through" the whole process and answered my many questions. They stopped by with shingle samples for us to pick from and we were also able to drive by homes in our area that had been done with the various color choices. Seeing a shingle on an actual roof was so much better than just looking at a tiny sample. The day came for installation and everything went fast. They had a crew of 7 workers here at sun up and one of the owners even stopped in during the day and got up on the roof to observe the work ad talk with us. By sunset they were finishing the clean up. I was very impressed and we love our new roof. I would definitely recommend this company to friends.

  I had so many things go wrong in my life and needed someone to do my big roof that had special shingles. I was so nervous about something else in my life going wrong however, this company went above and beyond. The workers were outstanding and Greg oversaw the job all the way through. They were reasonable and professional. I cannot say enough good things about everyone including the office staff. I WOULD Highly recommend!!! I am so happy with their work.

  We just recently had general roof repair performed by Over the Top Roofing. One of the owners came out for the estimate and recommended against a full roof replacement, which I found to be refreshing. John, the technician assigned to us, repaired a number of bad shingles, missing nails, and installation of squirrel deterrent pipes on each of seven plumbing roof vents. The big job was removing a roughly 4x8 section of shingles and plywood down to the runners and rebuilding to fix wood rot and leaking. Clean-up was complete, job took about six hours, and the estimate ended up being the charged price. They sent me digital pictures of all the areas repaired, before and after in most cases. I would recommend them for any roof repair or replacement. ADDED: I forgot the very courteous office staff, esp. Helen. Very cordial and easy to work with! Nice people!
