  Nobody likes to move and everything else that comes with it. My schedule is pretty hetic. So making many calls and talking to Roni, I decided to go look at what they had to offer. It was on a Sunday, and Leo was there. We were talking and I was telling him about what Roni had said about price matching. He went out of his was by calling the other storage unit on Sunday and Monday trying to get the best price for me. Three days later I actually came in to rent the first of my 2 units. This is where I actually met Roni. They say the first impression is the most important. Well lets just say she wow me.The customer service level that I recieved was remarkable. Leo also was there and them two together, I would considered a dream team
  I have now 2 units and on my 3rd or 4th Uhal rental. I have recieved if not the same or even higher quality of customer service each time I have come in there. They have made my move easier than I thought was possible. So I just wanted to say thank you Roni and Leo.

  Just switched over from Cube Smart to Compass. They went cheaper than my old storage and have 24hr access. They were overly helpful and I'm glad I made the switch. As a company, 24hr access is a must!

  Desiree was such a huge help- I was completely stressed and she was calm, professional and extremely helpful.

  Moving From NC, not having a home ready prompted a need to put all belongings into storage. A stressful time.Compass came through for us. The manager (Ronni) got us in the correct size and helped with a truck rental, did everything we needed but unpack the truck. No stress at all!!! Thanks so much
