(January 28, 2019, 12:45 pm)Great service, atmosphere, and cars! They care about you as a person, as much as, if not more than, they do about making a car sale. Went back a month later to pick up my tag and they changed the bulb on my taillight, which had gone out the week before, without me even asking them for it (just mentioned it and they took care of it, even when there was nothing to be gained from me). It's been 3 months, I still love my car, there have been no issues, they even guided me recently on a refinance on my car loan with my CU, which got me better terms on an already good loan, after only 3 months (my own CU had declined me 3 months ago). All I have left to say is, "if you are in the market for a used car, give these guys a good look and a chance to wow you.".

(October 18, 2018, 1:28 pm)Recently I had the pleasure of working with one Morer. Noel Rios of United Auto Sales in Orlando. I had recently lost my vehicle in a accident caused by an uninsured driver and was in a challenged situation to obtain another vehicle.
Noel was knowledgeable and professional and very effective in addressing my concerns and putting me in a great vehicle very similar to the one that I had just lost.

(October 17, 2018, 3:37 pm)We bought a 2009 BMW 750li. Noel went above and beyond with his service. Every concern we had about the car was taken care of before the purchase. Noel even made the price more negotiable for us and we ended up getting a great deal. After we bought the car we noticed the headliner and the back was sagging. We called Noel and he sent somebody to our house to get it taken care of. All in all we ended up getting a great car, a great deal, & with great customer service. I would definitely recommend United Auto Sales to anyone. Make sure to ask for Noel.
