I read all the bad reviews on here and was a little apprehensive to rent from these guys. To be fair, I rented a side entry wheelchair van and got a good deal, the van was nice, and the process was painless for the most part. Our rental agreement was sent to my email with a link to electronically sign it on Docusign. That was a little different than I was accustomed to but it was fairly straight forward overall and I was able to review and sign everything on my iPhone. I have a small restaurant and have personally seen how people can be malicious when leaving reviews and for some reason only the bad ones are recommended? Anyways, I hope my review stays as this company does not deserve to be black balled by a few spiteful people that do there best to damage a companies reputation by posting bad reviews. I routinely need to rent vans for touring purposes. I rented a wheelchair van this past August. I was searching online for great prices and discount mobility usa seemed too good to be true. On top of great prices, the customer service was fantastic. Michael responded to my emails promptly. He was courteous and friendly and the van was in great condition, ran smoothly and was super comfortable. I highly recommend Discount Mobility USA. It is a standout, especially in the Orlando City area.
We rented an 8 passenger Toyota Sienna and had to return it late today due to losing my purse at the theme park. We appreciate the understanding and hope we didn't cause too many problems for your next customer. Thanks for everything!
