  I was not provided the type of car I rented (large SUV) when I arrived at the airport in Orlando. For the size of my family and luggage, this was very inconvenient. The agents at the airport were border-line rude and blew me off (I made a 2nd trip there). My son spotted the AVIS sign at this hotel and I went and spoke to them. The agents at this location took ownership of the issue and got me the correct car. I really appreciate their attitude and effort!

  Was returning car due to check engine light coming on. Unfortunately no vehicles available, however, staff were very helpful and polite and advised us on where best to go.

  After calling in to Embassy Suites Avis on Sunday 23rd Oct 2018 due to issues I was having with a car collected from the airport 2 days previous, i can only say the lady I dealt with (I am sorry I didn't get her name) was an absolute credit to her company. The way she dealt with an issue not caused by her office but another dept was professional and also very thoughtful in respect to our family and in no time we were leaving there relieved in a lovely Lincoln to continue our holiday.   Hello friends..
  It took me less than 10 minutes to get the car with a great price! Mr. JR himself help me to get the car that I needed. Very nice gentleman I recommend this business location to everybody in town you will not be disappointed!
