(March 9, 2018, 12:51 pm)I am a 23 year old college student, “young and dumb”. David B is the best lawyer. I was arrested twice about marijuana in a 1.5 year length. I hired David B the first time and he won my case within 2 months and I never even went to court.
Second time I was arrested it was a little bit of a harder case.
He won this one on the first court date.
He’s definitely a beast and I recommend anyone who is having trouble to contact him right away!!!! -

I was charged with a misdemeanor, that had some very serious professional consequences. David fought for me for two long years. He was honest and unwavering in his abilities to defend me in court. The case eventually went to trial. David Bigney and Jason Bankowitz were outstanding in presenting my case to the jury. I was acquitted of all charges thanks to the Bigney Law Firm! (February 3, 2018, 8:19 pm)While my son was away at college, he got arrested for DUI. I did not know any attorneys in Orlando, but as I did my research, David Bigney was highly recommended. At our first meeting, he reviewed the police report and determined that the police did not have probable cause to start a DUI investigation. He filed a motion to suppress, and not only was the DUI dropped, but the careless driving as well! He is a well respected criminal defense attorney and simply amazing!! The man is brilliant!!
