(January 14, 2018, 9:37 pm)This was a great little hiking place and it's dog friendly. Dogs must remain on leash but my dog enjoyed it anyway. We rarely ran into other people which was nice. Though you could hear the traffic from the surrounding roads no matter where you were along the trail.
Be warned the map at the beginning seems out of date as there were more trails than what showered on the map, all marked. The website also does not work.
The parking lot is very sandy and I was afraid of getting stuck in my small little car.
Highly recommend for a few hour hike with dog. -
