(January 20, 2019, 11:55 am)I was unsure about taking my daughter here. I had never been and didn't have a Nemours pediatrician. She was complaining of ear pain and I knew we couldn't wait any longer. The other 2 urgent care places we had been were either busy or close to closing for the day. I took her and was pleasantly surprised! The wait was incredibly minimal even though there were about 3 families ahead of us. The front desk person was friendly but also on task and kept everyone rolling through. It seemed there were several nurses there as well as multiple doctors because our wait in the room was delayed only by the fact that my daughter had to go to the bathroom! While she was in the bathroom, the doctor came in to start the visit! After my daughter returned, they were in quickly and the examination was to the point but thorough. After the doctor, the nurse was in very shortly with a prescription and we were out of there! The rooms were very small but everything was clean and neat. They had a movie running on a loop for the kids to watch. The doctor was down to earth and straight forward. The nurses were friendly and even though they were busy were not harried. I recommend.

(January 19, 2019, 12:27 pm)So despite some of the bad reviews this location has gotten I decided to give it a shot and Wow, what an outstanding staff! I brought my kids here for the first time last night and couldn’t believe the service. The nurse, Dr, all the way down to the front desk staff they were all so kind and sweet. Clean and friendly environment. They make sure your taken care of from the time you walk in to the time you leave. The nurse even gave us Gatorade for the ride home for my sick girls. They even called today to check in and see how my girls were doing. I’ve never had better service at any urgent care! They truly are the best.

(November 2, 2018, 6:29 pm)Despite all the bad reviews for this location I took a chance and took my 3 week old baby to get checked and it was the best decision I could ever make. These ladies went above and beyond for me and my son. Very polite and friendly!

(September 5, 2018, 2:19 pm)Polite staff, clean atmosphere, friendly doctor. We went right when they opened so it wasn’t busy. I love that they open earlier than other urgent cares. I am definitely making this my preferred urgent care for my children.
