  The movers who came were friendly and did a great job loading and unloading our move across town. They worked efficiently and quickly. Zak, who helped set me up was also a great help.
  
  Their pricing was the best I found across multiple movers I checked and overall a great experience.
  
  I would encourage them to update their voicemail to at least say their company name instead of a standard "the number ______ is unavailable, please leave a message", since I had called a few times during business hours and no one answered with that generic voicemail, it made me question if it was a legitimate business (which thankfully Sam's is and I had a great experience once the time was set up and once the movers showed up to help move. This is the only reason it is 4 instead of 5 stars).

  This was a positive experience from start to finish. All members of the team were professional and courteous. The estimate was accurate and very reasonable, and the move was handled very efficiently. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

  This is the second time I hire these guys. They are amazing. Very quick, efficient, and caring of the customers belongings. This last move was a last minute decision and many moving companies couldn’t do the move or tried to gouge me. However, Sam’s quickly obliged. They arrived on time and expertly wrapped up all my belongings and were out of there in no time.
  
  I have moved many times within my state and across states, and I can honestly say Sam’s will have my business for life, as long as they maintain this quality service.
  
  They are definitely worth every penny.
