  This place is awesome !!! Perfect customer service and the guys knew what they were doing. I got my car tuned and it was done within 15 mins. Would recommend to anyone with a European car.

  I just called to speak with someone about a POTENTIAL vehicle purchase and got to speak with Sebastian (Service & Parts Manager).
  
  Sebastian took time out of his day and talked to me for 20 minutes. He was super informative, exceptionally knowledgeable on the vehicle I am interested in, and probably saved me from making a grave mistake.
  
  Thank you Sebastian. I will be taking my new car to you guys as I can tell that you sincerely care for your customers and know the brand of car that I will be purchasing. It is rare nowadays that people will take the time to consult with you for free and because of this I will be a consistent customer.

  This place is great! The folks there really take pride in their work, recently did several upgrades to my MK7 and couldn’t be more happy. Fabian and Sebastian took great care of me all through the process from order to install. These guys know there stuff and if you are looking to have service or turn your car into a race car this is where you want to go.

  Found this local shop after a trusted business referred them.
  
  What I liked the most about this shop is they will TALK to you and aren't trying to rush you into a purchase or repair.
  
  Their repair prices were lower than the dealer they gave realistic responses on whether I needed the repair. This is good if you haven't decided what you want/need to do regarding a repair.
  This great level of customer service comes at a cost. If they are helping another customer, you will have to wait. THIS IS FINE for me.
  
  I did find that they get busy and may not answer the phone. They run a lean shop and everyone I spoke to was technical. I assume this means everyone is involved in repairs.
  
  This is easily remedied.
  Stay honest guys and I WILL be back as I like the level of dedication and customer service you offer.
  
  You will make more money in the long run with honesty.
