  These guys are amazing. Roof replaced due to hail damage and made the replacement process very easy. During replacement, we had additional problems discovered, and city roofing was there every step of the way to assists with that as well, to include scheduling subcontractors. Can’t recommend them enough!

  Alex helped me pick out a new roof after storm damage. He had great suggestions. My neighbors have complemented on how nice the roof looks.
  Not only does Alex have great taste, he is kind and considerate. Alex assured me that he would assist with the roof from start to finish and he did. He was here checking on the roofers and the work they did. He coordinated the painting of my ceilings due to leaks.
  I highly recommend City Roofers. They stand behind their work.

  On March 20th we had 1 to 2-inch hail in our neighborhood. I did not think a lot about it. Our roof from the ground did not show any damage and we did not have leaks. Alex, from City Roofing came by and ask if he could just take a minute and give me an assessment of the roof with NO obligation. After Alex got down from the roof, he recommended that I have my insurance company come by and do an assessment. He asked if I would like him to be present to help the insurance assessment with no obligation. The Insurance adjuster got half way up on roof and said that I needed a new roof and then went on to do the full marking on roof. Alex asked if I would like City Roofing to do the work and I agreed. The only cost would be my deducible for insurance. After I agreed it did take some time for City Roofing to get to the roofing job because the number of roofs that needed replacement in the area. City Roofing got their roofing team out and did a great job in two days for the roof. They also did all the subcontracting to fix the pool screen and gutters. The insurance only approved some of the gutters to be replaced and Alex said that he would replace all at their expense because the house would not look good with different types of gutter. I would recommend City Roofing with Alex Hurtado to do your roofing insurance work. It did take some time but Great Job by City Roofing!

  I couldn't be happier with my experience with City Roofing from start to finish.
  Andrew their rep was so kind and patient, walking Mom and I through the process every step of the way. He always got back to me with any questions or concerns and made sure I was satisfied before moving on. The roofing crew worked diligently from sun up to sun down, cleaning up after themselves and were courteous. They covered our garden to protect our flowers from debris, unfortunately the extreme heat killed one of moms special plants that my son gave her. Andrew let Rick know about it and right away Rick called to apologize and sent mom out a check to replace it and enough to choose something else for her garden. She is so grateful and appreciative. Rick was very easy to talk with and he made sure we were satisfied with our roof and took the time to answer any issues or questions. They are a great team to work with and I highly recommend you calling them.

  So to be honest, I had a rough go of it at first with this company. It took some time to finally get my roof installation scheduled and when the installers finally put my roof on, they got tar all over my newly painted house. To top it off, there was something coming off the roof and staining my soffits that had all been newly painted as well. I spoke with Andrew a couple of times and he tried to make things right but couldn't figure out the problem. Finally I got a chance to speak with Rick. He said that he had never seen this happen before but figured out what the problem was. He said that he would repair the problem and that if this repair didn't work, he would rip the entire roof off and give a brand new roof at no cost to me. Because a large part of the problem was aesthetic, Rick also offered to put new rain gutters around my entire house as well!... FOR FREE!! To be totally honest... I have rarely seen someone give such great customer service as this. I didn't have to argue or fight with him and he made the installers come out and held them accountable for their poor workmanship (and he doesn't use those installers anymore). I would encourage anyone to go with this company and if you can, ask for Rick. He will ABSOLUTELY take care of you!!! Thanks RICK!!
