Great company. So easy and painless. Stroller was at hotel before we even arrived. Steven was in contact and available with any questions. Perfectly on time for pick up at hotel. Stroller worked perfectly and kids were happy. A+ experience with this company.

Found this company off of social media and so glad that I did. Website was easy to use. Prices were great. Communication was great. Delivery times prevented me from paying for an extra unneeded night with another company. Delivery person was professional and showed me quick tutorial on how to use the stroller. Delivery was on time actually 10 minutes early(5:50am). Provided me a contact number if any issues arise as well. Stroller came with a FREE cup holder console, rain cover, and cooler. All in great shape as well as the stroller. I definitely would be using and recommending this company in the future.

I really liked the stroller we rented and the person that dropped it off communicated well and was very nice. It’s also way cheaper than renting in Disney. The only part that can be a bit inconvenient is that you have to pick-up/drop-off at a certain time and do so in person, but if you call to make changes they will accommodate it as best they can. We rented in Disney the last day and the strollers are nothing like a “real stroller.” Plasticy and small with not enough sun coverage.

I NEVER write reviews, but I absolutely had to for this company as I have been blown away by the customer service.
I couldn't recommend this company more! We forgot our stroller and didn't realize it until we got to the airport, so we had to find a rental last minute.
The gentleman on the phone was incredibly kind and courteous and helpful. (I also loved listening to the Australian accent! ha!)
The stroller was waiting for us the morning we arrived. The ease of having a stroller at your hotel VS renting at the parks is 100% worth it! (Also, I'm pretty sure that delivery is a free service they offer!)
I would absolutely rent with this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family and other travellers who need a stroller. GO WITH THESE FOLKS! :)
