I have no complaints the lemonades were amazing. I had a crispy cheddar burger and it was perfect. My boyfriend had sushi and he loved it. Will definitely come back!
Visited for breakfast, it was an overall delicious experience. The service was a bit less than great but the food we got was delicious. Kinda pricey, but to be expected for Disney resort dining, just be aware that you'll be paying something like $6 for a cup of "tropical" juice. The Tonga toast was fantastic - think of it as a giant, fried, cinnamon-sugar-tossed hunk of french toast stuffed with bananas. It's served with some berry compote and not-maple syrup. The bacon was that super thin kind that makes you question why that paper-thin variety of bacon is ever served. The benefit of breakfast at the Kona cafe is the free parking at the resort, and the proximity to the monorail that will take you to MK. I'm still giving four stars, because there's nothing quite like Tonga toast and it's worth experiencing at least once or more, so I recommend Kona Cafe.

A great small little restaurant located in the great ceremonial house inside the Polynesian Resort. We recently had breakfast here on our last trip and was not disappointed. I had scrambled eggs with bacon, potatoes and a biscuit. I tried the pancakes and they were excellent too. The Hawaiian coffee was the best thing I had the whole time. Tasty and went down like water... I had 2 cups. Didn't try lunch or dinner though. Make a reservation.

With the remake of the Polynesian Village Resort, Kona Cafe remains the hotel's coffee shop, open three meals a day. Right next to the monorail station, the casual, open dining room is an easy ride from the Magic Kingdom by boat or monorail should you want to escape the theme park for lunch or dinner. I've always thought of Kona Café as a sort of miniature California Grill, except without a view. The food has the same sort of creative bent, though. Seared ahi tuna and Asian-inspired dinner soups are some high points. Desserts are served with especial panache, and a press pot of coffee - Kona, of course - is a must.

I could really go for some Tonga Toast from Kona Cafe right now. It's a giant piece of french toast with a banana filling. It also comes with a raspberry sauce (which is very good), but I always ask for it on the side.
