I am so sad by the negative reviews because I LOVE the doctors and staff at Princeton Pediatrics. The manager goes above and beyond at all times! We can;t always get what we want in this world but that does not mean to ruine something that's great for the rest of us. I don't see any pediatrician running to help the children of Pine Hills. You have 2 great doctors that are board certified with over 30 years of experience willing to provide great care! Do your research people before you complain and know that your kids deserve the best of care and Princeton Pediatrics is doing that!
The doctors at Princeton Pediatrics cares about my mental health. I am a teenager with some issues and they have given me all the resources and help to make sure I don't become a statistic. I plan to go to Princeton Pediatrics until I am 21 because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care not even my parents . Thank you so much for making me feel I matter. Thank you Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Jones! I really feel I have the best of both worlds. Please do not listen to these negative and mindless reviews for they do not know any better, they are not speaking from the kids point of view but for their own satisfaction not there child! If you really think about it that is always the case.
I love bringing my child here. The staff is all very friendly, and the doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Jones is very energetic and puts that energy to good use... she goes above and beyond. And Dr. Kaplan, whom I know personally, is an amazing doctor and has a ton of experience.. his demeanor remains unmoved in the face of rude patients, he knows his stuff, and he is a humanitarian whom, in his free time, is not only a parent of 5 healthy kids, but also spends most of his time dedicated to his life-craft of being a pediatrician. A lot of these reviews are from parents who didn't get what they wanted to hear, but hey, how often does one get something they want to hear when they go to the doctor? Both doctors offer great suggestions and solutions. Dr. Jones will keep up with even the most energetic, and Dr. Kaplan can keep you calm even in the worst situations unless you're looking for a magical solution that isn't possible. Like I said, great, admirable staff, and I would rather never take my kid anywhere else.
