  Our AC went out the week between Christmas and New Years--on Saturday. We sort of knew what was wrong, having looked it up in the troubleshooting guide. We called Blair and not only did they have someone there within the hour, their rates were very reasonable. This is a small business still operated by the founder--and his son. They care about their customers, it is evident.
  
  When the technician, Kevin, confirmed what the problem was and knew he would have to order the part (a high pressure switch), he bypassed the switch, instructed us on how to use the heat if necessary, performed a cleaning and annual-type check (which was years overdue), and did not bill us anything because the fix was not complete.
  
  He left us set up to have both air conditioning and heat, and the thing that really impressed me was his integrity & honesty--he maybe could have tried to sell me some service or parts I didn't need, since I was nervous about overdue preventative maintenance. But he didn't. Instead, he reassured us that the unit is in pretty good shape for its age, and advised us not to put a lot more money into it and to begin planning for replacement.
  
  Kevin returned as promised to replace the part, and I was happy to pay the invoice because I know I got a fair deal. Highly recommend Blair!

  I called to make an appointment, and the technician got on the phone and walked me through several things and the problem was solved. That is great customer service!!! They could have easily made and appointment and charged me $$$$. I am so thankful I was referred to Blair A/C. I will refer them to anyone that needs A/C work .!! thank you again BLAIR A/C

  Great service and professional Technicians. Staff is extremely passionate about there work. Vans were nice, clean and tools were organized. They used lots of digital tools unlike other Air conditioner companies I have used in the past. I would recommend Blair to others.

  There's not enough stars to rate Blair Air. I've been using Blair Air personally for years. They are a great family owned & operated business that truly treats you like family. They do it all from keeping a very aging unit going strong (my first home), to total system replacement (our rental property), to installing complete new construction system & duct work (our current home). As a builder and home inspector Blair Air is my #1 choice & recommendation for all a/c needs. Lots of thanks to Jay, Jason, & the entire Blair Air team for all that you do.
