This by far was the BEST autozone I have ever been to, and I feel awful because I cannot remember the woman's name who helped me, she was just so knowledgeable, helpful and just went above and beyond to help. I have a pos car and got caught on the freeway in the rain at night and never had used the wiper well... needless to say I had turned them on and was like spaghetti on my windshield, and I was blind So I stayed at my friend that eve and went here to get new ones I drive a Volkswagen which EVERYTHING ON THEM IS EXPENSIVE AND SPECIAL PART. She went to my car after looking it up and made sure the ones they had in stock would work on my car, and after I purchased it went and put it on my car. Then she was go ahead fire this up and make sure these babies work. I am sorry I wish I could remember her name, she was just so helpful sweet and wonderful at her job. Thank you. I totally recommend her and this store if you ever go wait in the girls line they might have more than one working here but i doubt it.

Nothing but the best! Darwin from beginning to end was awesome and very informative. My car that I missed dearly was hit from behind, Darwin worked very well with my insurance company and my car looks even more beautiful then before!! Thank you Darwin for you excellent service. We left our car Toyota Camry 2012 to USA Auto Collision for a new paint. It was a paint recall from the dealership.
I rarely write reviews. But I feel like I had to.
The guy who worked on our car Darwin Castillo did such an amazing job. So professional, such attention to detail, so grateful!! The car actually looks like a brand new 2020. My wife and I are so impressed. Darwin Castillo is one of the best professionals in the industry.

Manny Gomez was amazing. He took his time to actually help me with what I needed help with. He explained the car insurance quote process to me in detail because I had a lot of questions and genuinely needed help. I appreciate when people go out of their way and truly love their job because it shows. Thank you so much Manny for going out of your way to help me. If I could thank you 1000 times I would! If you Guys care about good customer service and people who truly care about their customers you found the right place!

I am very satisfied with the painting done to my Camry. Manny Gomez managed it with professionalism and courtesy. He was very attentive and great at assisting me through the process and went over and beyond to help me out. Extremely happy with him and with Auto Collision. Great experience. Highly recommended.

I didn't feel like my car was well cared for. The repair itself left some items and QC to be desired, and while they did try to make it right. I didn't feel it was enough. Very responsive admin staff and management, but the execution was lacking for me. Score 3.

Got a call today from Bill Moya, Owner. We discussed my experience in detail. He was genuinely concerned with understanding what happened and how to improve my experience. I can say that I believe that his team has made every effort to make things right. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how they recover that is really a benchmark for reliability. So, I have changed my score from a 3 to 4. However, I would still advise a customer to be sure to ask tons of questions, be diligent with following up, and take before and after pictures.
