  Biggest compliments ever to Briana who works at the T-Mobile store in the Mall at Millenia in Orlando, FL. (Store 7693, 4200 Conroy Rd Suite 204, Orlando FL 32839)
  
  I was in need of a new phone and I first went to the Apple Store in the mall to see what their pricing would be and it was too expensive for me. Then I went to T-Mobile and met Briana for the first time. I am on a business account so I know upgrading can be tricky. My boyfriend and I went back-and-forth between Apple and T-Mobile and spent over four hours in the mall on the evening of December 8, 2018. We ended up spending about two hours with Briana in the T-Mobile store and she made the entire process amazing.
  
  Briana was immensely kind and took everything with a smile. It was a difficult process because the owner of my business account had to call customer service and give permission for me to upgrade and he had quite a lot of questions about the pricing and policies. Briana was so friendly and was so willing to answer every question. Even though we took up so much time with her, not once did I ever feel like an inconvenience. Briana was so patient and was incredibly helpful with the upgrade process. I am so happy with my new iPhone XR and she even recommended a screen protector and case for me as well. Because of the long process we had to stay in the store well after it closed, but Briana did not even try to rush us or make me feel bad for having her stay late. I cannot express my gratitude and compliments enough to your amazing employee. She definitely deserves some sort of recognition. Please reply and make sure that you received this feedback for her because I want to make sure that this is seen. I have received all sorts of levels of customer service from various areas in Orlando but Briana has far surpassed any experience that I have had.   I will definitely be returning to this store to see her again if I ever have any questions or problems regarding my phone, t-mobile account, or future purchases.

  Mark and Dunia were both really helpful, we went 10 min before closing and they stayed until we were finished.
