  Good food, great service! We had Jimmy he was excellent would differently recommend him . The eggs were real eggs, something you don’t get very often in buffetts although not on the buffet but part of your meal you can request French toast and waffles. Oh and the OJ is freshly squeezed.

  Staying at Lowe's Sapphire Falls, so far not a fan of the hotel but the restaurant Amatista is great!!! Our waiter Jimmy is the best thing about our stay so far!!! He was great and had my picky eater saying it was one of the best meals! Awesome burgers and wings! Would go back; even more so if Jimmy was our waiter! What an asset he is to this restaurant! He helped relieve some of our frustrations with the hotel with his excellent customer service!!!
