  Customer service is at another level. Easy rental, zero hassle, they went out of their way to make my experience as positive as possible even picking me up outside of their pickup radius due to my circumstances. I will ONLY rent from enterprise in the future.

  Excellent experience had the vehicle for two days everything worked out great no problems occuredvery proffessional and friendly they really do come and pick you up too which made it very convenient

  I had a wonderful experience with this location as always. I have been renting from this location for the last few months on the weekends for traveling to football games and I get great customer service each and every time. Jonathan and Chris are very helpful and friendly to the point they make you feel like a well appreciated customer. They always great me by name when I come in, ask how was the service, how my son's football game went and I've even gotten a call once during the time I had a vehicle asking how things were going. The other staff at this location during the last few months were great also I just can't remember their names right off the top of my head. The biggest plus is every now and then I was given a free upgrade into some really nice vehicles just this past weekend a very nice Cadillac truck. It was great because not only was it for travel for football it was my Birthday weekend so I rode in style with a smile on my face. 5 stars for this location ????

  I used to live close to this location so I always rented from them. I now live by Gaylord Palms by Disney. The 2 locations in this area, one on 192, and one at the Kissimmee airport on Dyer have treated me horribly. So I continue to come to the L B McLeod location! I hadn't been to this location in 2 years due to not needing a rental. But I rented from them this past Monday for a 1 day reservation. Even with a new management team I've never met, I will still treated like Gold. I will spend the extra time and money anytime to come to this location over the 2 closer to me for the type of service I continue to receive! The current branch manager Jonathan and his team are phenomenal!
