  Scheduled for an upgrade online the night before and showed up the next day to get my Galaxy Note 9, I was only there for about 25min and the transition process was quick and easy and the staff was great and knowledgeable!

  My experience with this specific Sprint store is one of the BEST experiences I've had with customer service hands down. Starting with the sale team members going up to store manager the level of knowledge and patience is truly appreciated. The staff here made me welcome to the Sprint family after switching over from T-mobile. The process was easy and they helped me pick out a phone that was for ME, my budget, my kind of savvy. They will always have my business and will always come first for a recommendation.

  I went to this Sprint store after upgrading from an iPhone to a Galaxy S8+ and honestly, it has been really unsettling because I haven't been able to get my photos and videos transferred - which are priceless to me. I went to this location two times in two days and then I was sent to the Florida Mall location because they said they wanted to try one other machine to attempt to retrieve my files from my old iPhone but that their store didn't have the old machine. Even though the transfer was unsuccessful and I ultimately left in tears, I can say that the customer service at this location was really on point. Ray was so kind and tried everything he could. They stayed later than the store was even open to try and find solutions to my issue. I can't say enough how great Ray was. If you're ever having issues and you need someone you can trust that will show you that they care about the customer, ask for him by name. I was probably a wreck because of how precious my files are, but Ray didn't hesitate to continue to strive to help. He even took it upon himself to drive the phone to the Florida Mall location just so that I could try one other machine. Today he retrieved my old iPhone from the Florida Mall location and brought it back to the Kirkman store so that I can drop by after work to get my files. Basically we came to the conclusion that if I want all my files, I need to go back to an iPhone. Suffice it to say, Ray tried really really hard to make me a happy customer. I am full of gratitude and I hope that he can help you in the future, too!
