It took me a while to get an appointment for my dog as a new patient, but it was TOTALLY worth it
Everyone was so nice, polite, and very loving towards my dog. I was seen right away, no waiting what so ever. Also their prices are very fair!!

Just switched to this vet with my senior Chihuahua who can be a pretty feisty and difficult at the vet. The staff was more then accommodating and incredibly patient and kind with him. When they took him back I could overhear them talking so sweetly to him. Felt like the vet listened to me and clearly communicated with me. Left feeling like my pup was in good hands and excited to have a vet I am comfortable with. Thank you!

I am so satisfied with the care and service of every one in this practice. They are responsive and courteous and both the veterinarians take time to research the pet’s ailment and do everything feasible without breaking the bank. I recommend with 100% confidence!

I highly recommend the entire team at Chain of Lakes Animal Clinic!! I came to them almost a year ago when I moved back to town (and after having experiences at other clinics where doctors and staff were not very attentive) and they have been wonderful with my two dogs ever since.

One of my dogs is a German shepherd x border collie mix who has anxiety issues. After a year failed attempts to help her, I came to the team at chain of lakes asking for help. They gave me options and helped me come up with a plan to monitor her progress and she has made amazing progress in only a few months.

My other dog is a golden retriever who I am working to certify as a therapy dog. The team has helped me with the health testing and paperwork I need for that and always asks how her therapy dog training is going. They also did her spay surgery in December and it couldn’t have gone better. They were very attentive and quick to respond to my (almost daily) texts with photos of her incision as it healed.

I left out any names because their entire team is really amazing. We’ve had appointments with two different doctors and a number of their tech staff for checkups, vaccines, illnesses and a spay surgery and they have all been very knowledgeable and attentive to us. Both of my dogs LOVE going to the vet there!
