IMT Sonoma Hills

The best apartment complex we have ever lived in! The quality of our apartment is exceptional, the gym is fantastic, we use the pool/grill area weekly, the staff is responsive and friendly, it’s quiet and safe, there are so many walking paths near, and there’s always parking outside of our building. Also, I swear it’s one of the best places to watch the sunset in central Florida. I can’t recommend IMT Sonoma Hills enough!!!

I was a little nervous about this apartment because it doesn’t have as many reviews as some other places, but I’ve been very happy with my choice. I’ve lived here for almost a year, and things have been great so far. The leasing process was simple, and Jen was very helpful with everything. I haven’t had any issues, and I haven’t heard any complaints from the neighbors I’ve gotten to know.

The community seems to be maintained very well, and you can frequently see the maintenance staff out and about working. I recently had a light come loose outside my apartment door, but it was fixed even before I submitted a request to maintenance.

I haven’t had any issues with noise or any of my neighbors. The community seems very safe, and the neighborhood is very nice. The location is great if you want to be very close to Disney, but in a more laid-back residential area. Many units have great views of the fireworks (or at least will have when they return), and I can even see the spires of Cinderella’s Castle and Space Mountain from my balcony, which was a fun surprise.

There is a new retail complex being constructed next door, so you may want to keep that in mind when choosing a unit.

Love the setting of the property. Office team is amazing. Grounds are beautiful.
