(August 4, 2017, 10:11 am)I am in the Navy and HAVE to keep in shape. This is the place to do it! The motivating atmosphere builds comradery and makes you push yourself.
An amazing, professional, & friendly environment! Warm-up followed by the WOD which they explain and demonstrate with modifications offered for those that need it.
Gym is clean and organized, with multiple class offerings from 0530 on. Great for early risers or people who work early. Love this place! -

(May 3, 2017, 10:10 pm)This facility deserves high praise! It's been a month since I joined and it has been a pleasant experience! The coaches at WinStrong are knowledgeable and patient. I have been around many fitness professionals good and bad, and this group stands out! The programming is what sets it apart from my personal experiences, they cycle through the major compound movements with emphasis on strength progression and end the session with metabolic conditioning. I recommend WinStrong to people who want to increase their functional strength and general fitness!

(December 7, 2016, 12:07 am)Love this place and the people! Excellent workouts every time. I'm no heavy lifter but I am learning great form and building confidence every workout. I love the programming as it is a good mix of cardio and lifting. I grew up playing team sports and this gym gives you the Coach and Teammates that I've always cherished to help you meet your goals. Also a great social fun group of people!
