They provided accurate estimates of both time and materials and my vehicle was ready, in superb condition, at the agreed upon time. Rick was great at setting up and finishing up the process and was also kind enough to shuttle me to and from the shop on drop off and pick up days. Everything felt so easy and comfortable. I can not recommend Ace Paint & Body Works enough. They have made me a very happy customer.

(December 11, 2018, 12:04 pm)Ace Paint & Body Works in Orlando, FL. hosted a FREE BUMPER REPAIR CONTEST on their Facebook Page and I was The Lucky Winner!! They reached out to me with the great news and scheduling information the same day of the contest deadline. I own a 2005 Nissan Altima with a very unique charcoal color grey. When I left my vehicle for repair, I met with the owners Ricky, and his father, Sam. I was relieved to find out it is a family owned shop with consistently great reviews and only 10 minutes away from my home in Winter Park, FL. I am beyond satisfied with the results of Ace Paint and Body Works crew and their detailed labor. Job very well done, highly recommend them to just about any one who owns a car. I have additional body work needed for this car and I will definitely be coming back to this body shop for the excellent quality work and customer service. Thank you Ace Paint and Body Works!

I unfortunately was rear ended twice within the same week and the people at Ace Paint & Body were extremely helpful working with both my insurance and the rental company. I was very new to the whole process and they were thorough, worked with my schedule and made a less than desirable situation pleasant with ease! My car also looks good as new - highly recommended!
