I recently had roller shades installed in 2 rooms in my home. Working with Pam, Micheal and Nelson was a wonderful and professional experience. Pam came to my home and consulted with me regarding what would be best fit for my home. Michael was in contact with me regarding the status of my order and to schedule the install, and Nelson was a perfectionist with installing my roller shades. This team has customer service as top priority. I could not be happier with my roller shades and my experience with Pam and her team at Budget Blinds South Orlando. Recently I had a blind made for my sliding glass door. I was unhappy with the way it was laying because of my base boards. The installer Alex who was great explained to me what the issue was and would relay this message to Pam. Pam called me back and made an appointment to come see for herself. She gave me three options on how it could be corrected. Her ultimate concern was that I was happy, and she went above and beyond to make it happen. I was so impressed in the way she handled this situation. I received quality customer service and would defiantly recommend this company. Thanks Alex & Pam!
