  Very nice resort, plenty to do and quiet to. The pool is a little chilly, could be a couple degrees warmer for this time of year, but overall a clean efficient room, with very friendly and accommodating staff!! Love the pool area music!!

  Best place to have a vacation. They do everything right here. Friendly staff and excellent service. The hotel rooms are really nice and clean. Awesome views. The pool is fun. Plenty of room to spread out for some sunbathing. They have daily games and things for the kids to do. Bingo was awesome. Definitely worth playing. If you don't want to play for drinks I would say bring your own to sip by the pool. You will save money this way. Golfing at the range is fun and we did that every morning. The surrounding area is nice and there is plenty of nature around. It's close enough to lots of shops and restaurants. The tennis courts are definitely a highlight. They're in great shape and so much fun to play on. Highly recommend Star Island.

  Our stay was very nice. The room was large and modern. The pool area was very nice with a bar and food available at the pool. The food was reasonably priced for a resort. They offered a happy hour with drink specials. They had many daily activities and contests at the pool for the kids. The deli had very good food and they had friendly squirrels ???? The location was convenient for many local Orlando attractions.

  It's very well maintain, the rooms are nice and resort pools are great for adults and children's. My kids love the splash park and the playground (Looks very new). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to Sea World (about 20 Min) and 5 Minutes from Old Town. The thing that I most like is that the main pool is heated (I stayed in November). Not all the rooms has balcony or laundry. Some buildings has a free laundry room in the first floor. Building 21 has 2 washer machines and 3 dryers. Building 22 has 3 washer machines and 4 dryers. You can get free laundry detergent delivered to your unit. The resort is "smoke free" but you can smoke in the green areas like BBQ area or in the parking lot as long you are 20 feet away from the buildings. Building 21,22 and 23 are located and the end of the resort but the pools, tennis courts, play ground and miniature golf are located about 5 minutes walk.
