The Beltone Kissimmee’ office is a great office. The staff’s kindness and readiness to help is above and beyond any hearing center I have ever visited. The service is very professional and very efficient. It is a joy to dealing with this Beltone’s office.

Kissimmee, Fl.34744 takes to explain things to me, and answer any questions I might have. The office manager/receptionist, Jolene, is amazing! She always greets you with a smile, goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable, and is extremely knowledgeable of all the products and accessories. And when it is time to leave she always sends you off with another smile and kind words. I am so thankful that your company is in Aetna Medicare Select (HMO) network, and I pray that you continue to remain partnered with them in the years to come!

Went to Beltone in St. Cloud Florida. Met with a Kelly Osbourne specialist. She listened to what I wanted, and recommended a Beltone product that would fit my requirement. She answered all my questions, and fully understood the product she was selling. If I had one word to describe the experience it would be comfortable. I’ve had the hearing aids for two weeks so far so good.
