CareSpot Urgent Care of Kissimmee

I’m from NY and visiting family in Kissimmee and, I got sick. I went on line and searched for an Urgent Care and found Care Spot. And I’m so glad I did. I was able to set an appointment on line. When I arrived, the staff was very welcoming, kind and professional. The PA (J.Proctor) that examined me was very friendly and made me feel relaxed. I was diagnosed, given a script for meds and was in my way. The quality and professionalism demonstrated to me made me feel better before I even left. I’d highly recommend this Urgent Care. So look no further. Thank you.

I recently had my physical completed here for pre employment purposes. All of the nurses and physicians made me feel comfortable and made the process easy and painless. I am terrified of needles and always have bad experiences having my blood drawn. The nurse who handled my blood draw was very understanding and made me feel comfortable about the procedure. All of the staff was very helpful in receiving and forwarding my accompanying paperwork to their destination as well as keeping in constant contact with me about everything.

This is the third time I come to Care spot and I will be back no matter what.
From beginning to end the staff is so professional and welcoming. All of them have an smile in their face and are very genuine specially in moments where you are not feeling great. Dr. Dana, Eveline and Christina took great care of us today.

This clinic is very professional and treats patients with respect. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The staff was awesome. I use hold your place in line on website , wait time was minimum and was in and out in less than two hours with diagnosis and prescription in hand. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the care I received. The receptionist, medical assistant / nurse were very kind. My provider, Dana Killman, is fantastic and I will return and refer family and friends to CareSpot.
Dana is very knowledgeable and treated me with compassion. I waited a VERY SHORT time and the staff are excellent. Efficient, safe, and stellar medical care.
