Cortland Hunter's Creek

My wife and I moved in April 2018. We were very excited to see that Cortland Hunters Creek follows through with the "Resort Style living". I can say this because the pool is taken care, such as all the lounge chairs are placed in the location you see in the photo I posted. Yes my apartment look right out to the pool an I am an early riser even on the weekend. I always see one of the maintenance staff straighten out the chairs and cleaning up from any evenings activities.

Being so close to the pool you might think we hear a lot of the party at the pool. I can say that isnt the case. The windows are new and double this keeps the noise out and the cool air in. Our electricity bill is half as much as we paid at our last apartment complex

I could go on and on about the maintenance staff and the office staff being so very helpful. They truly believe if the tenets are not happy here they haven't done their job. All of the staff care about doing a great job to take care of us.

Everyone here is awesome! I came in for a tour and I could tell they were short staffed but Jamie their Resident Experience Manager came out of her office and helped us. She made us laugh, gave us all the information we needed, and made us feel welcomed. The only reason I wouldn't rent here is if we end up closing on a house. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Name is Onyx, Great place to live. There’s no drama and no problems. Staff is amazing, always calling to check up on you. Joyce is a wonderful person who makes sure I’m doing well and notifies me for any upcoming events. Mickey who is one of the maintenance guys, he makes sure everything in your apartment is working! Facility is gorgeous I mean you have a lounge area where you really lounge and no one bothers you and a clean gym, and a nice and clean pool. The only problem I can honestly say, would be at the leasing office they never pick up their office phone calls. I would have to either walk over there myself or call multiple times. Other than that! They are phenomenal.
