    Arrived to this store at 7:55 thinking it closed at 9 but it actually closed at 8. We walked in needing a service that would take a while, and as we entered the store, Viviana was extremely sweet and welcoming, not irritated or annoyed by us walking in 5 minutes before closing whatsoever. She thoroughly helped us and went above and beyond, regardless of her mother and store manager asking her when she will be leaving work. She called customer care and dealer support and did not rush whatsoever. Extremely impressed with the service Viviana provided.
