  Awesome deals as I needed a whole new 4 set of tires! Manager Tina provided amazing customer service! Been a customer of tires plus for a few years now definitely recommend this location!

  I can honestly say my husband and I, now including my mother since I take my mom's car there have always had wonderful customer service! This tire place always has reasonable prices, the warranty is the best thing you can do for yourself! Everyone is professional, always knowledgeable and always willing to work with the customer as well- please don't ever change Discount Tire continue the good work! Trying now to get my brother and his girlfriend to come here and nowhere else lol, I'm always recommending this location! Oh and always so clean, not something I'm used to when I go to these places.

  I just want to say that discount tires is amazing I recommend going here. I have been coming here for almost 7 years and the staff are amazing there friendly and have great customer service. From the minute I park to when I leave the customer service is amazing. I was told by universal Nissan that the tire was unrepairable and that I had to pay 200 dollars for a new tire. I took it over there they not only repaired the tire but they did it for free. They have gained a customer for life with me.

  Cesar was helpful, friendly and just plain awesome . I made an appointment to get new feet (tires) for my wife’s car, and he got me in and out in about an hour. Prices are very competitive, if not cheaper than most tire places, and the service really is great. Clean lobby, plenty of comfortable seating, and even a couple of outdoor benches. The place is a bit hidden, so you won’t see from the street but it’s behind the Best Buy. You also get free rotations for the life of the tires!

  I am a repeat customer at Discount Tire for one reason: Sebastian. I'm a Sam's Club member and normally go there for all of my tire needs, but I specifically went to this Discount Tire location because Sebastian works there. Before he transferred to this location, i enjoyed his service at his previous store. He always went above and beyond and todays visit is another great example of this. Today I went in for a simple patch up so I didn't call ahead to see if Sebastian was working. However, I was pleasantly surprised when he came to greet me by name while I was waiting for my car. I hadn't seen him in almost a year and he still remembered who I was. From that moment on Sebastian took it upon himself to follow up with me numerous times on my cars status even though I initiated this particular service with another manager. Impressive is not a good enough word to describe this level of service. Sebastian is a true asset to your company and as long as he is there, I will continue to be a loyal Discount Tire Customer.
