Always great. Store just was renovated with new counters at the painting department and new registers through out.
I had a garden hose break on me and was able to exchange it fairly easy without the receipt.
I had the best experiences with a home depot employee last week. Her name is Carmel and she works in the garden department. I was about to buy some topsoil for my garden...she took the time to explain the different kinds bagged potting/garden soil. Although a lil more expensive, the benefits explained to me made it a "no brainer"...thank you home depot for having such knowledgeable working for you...
Customer service is actually quite fantastic... IF you can find an employee. Due to the enormous size of the store, you really have to look to find a guide person. Other than that, they have everything you could need. Personally I entertain myself in the garden section and the lumber for building flowerbeds, but I do know that my brother goes quite frequently and is always satisfied. He's a plumber.
