Chuck the Plumber

After getting a ridiculously expensive quote from a well known plumbing company, I called Chuck. He came out and did the work for a fraction of the price. He was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I will recommend him to any of my friends and family.

One of our shower faucets stopped working. We narrowed it down to replacing the shower cartridge. We shut the water off and attempted to fix it ourselves, but the cartridge broke in the process and we couldn't get it out. It was Saturday afternoon. I called a bunch of places. Most of them couldn't come today. Some would come today, but they would have to charge an expensive emergency fee. One came and said there would be no way to safely remove the cartridge without going through the wall, but they couldn't do it because of my specific pipes. I had called Chuck early on in the day and he had a few jobs to do. I told him I would try to get someone else to come out first since it was urgent. He said if I couldn't to let him know. I had no luck so I reached back out to him in the evening. He immediately replied and said he could try to get the cartridge out or at least cap my water line so I could turn the water back on. He came over and within an hour of hard work, got the rest of the cartridge out and put it all back together for me. He only charged me $80. He saved me a ton of time, money, and stress. I was very pleased with my service and so grateful for his help. I will definitely be calling Chuck if I need any plumbing services in the future.

We called Chuck for a leaking hot water heater. He was very diligent in getting the right part and he got the manufacturer to get it to us under warranty. He was very prompt, reliable and trust worthy. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

So glad we called Chuck. Quick response time and very friendly. He had great communication before and during work, and was just so friendly to chat with in general! He did great work and replaced the sod in our yard leaving no mess! (We had a line leak at the meter box area). His cost was very reasonable. We are already planning to use him again for other plumbing projects.
