If only there were 6 stars!  You have found your adventure mobile!  We really couldn't have asked for more.  This RV is so well set up and so well cared for and loved.  It felt like home from the moment Carlos and Sonia walked us through it and Dragon Fly was she came to be known hosted an incredible month of adventures for my wife and 3 kids.  It was big, comfortable, reliable, warm and homey and furnished with everything one could need not just for a weekend but for a big family journey.  We covered 6,000 miles of gorgeous country and met so many awesome people and families along the way.  Carlos and Sonia were responsive and supportive throughout and are wonderful people.  We hope you rent this one and have as much fun as we did, just don't take next summer because we are coming back for more!

This was our first time ever renting, driving, or even being in a RV for a vacation, but the whole process was amazing. We rented a beautiful 2019 Thor Motor Freedom Elite 22HEF, and it was a great starter. But I think that everything wouldn’t have been as successful and enjoyable if it wasn’t for the Management company that is in charge of giving you the RV, and that is Big Fig RV rentals. What an amazing people, Sonia and her husband Carlos make an great team in making sure that you have everything you need to make your trip enjoyable and successful. The RV was in tiptop shape, it was super clean and everything was in working conditions and they made sure of that. They were super patient in the walk-through process knowing I was a first timer. By the end of them explaining everything to me I had but just a few questions because they had covered everything already. Even in the test drive Carlos was super patient and very easy to understand on what to do. During my trip I did forget a couple of things they had explained to me so I called as I was told by them to do so at anytime and sure enough they were available at any time, even a nighttime. I can honestly say that if it hadn’t been for Sonia and Carlos, I know the trip would have gone badly. Thank you so much guys, we most definitely be doing this again with you guys and we will definitely recommend your services as much as possible. 5 stars does not even begin to express how greatfull we are for having to do this process with this super team. 👍🏽
