(January 22, 2019, 8:09 am)If you want to be fit and strong but you don't want to be competitive, this is the place for you. Chris the trainer/owner will get you started at the right level so you don't get hurt but you build strength. You don't need special workout gear. You do a circuit of exercises with a convivial group. Try it, I don't know of another gym like this one. Friendly, effective.
