I had a fantastic LASIK experience here at Katzen Eye Center! From pre-op all the way through post-op, I felt well taken care of- a valued patient. The front receptionists were always helpful and courteous to me when I called/saw them, and Jennifer (my refractive coordinator) was knowledgable, professional, and compassionate. The entire process was effortless: everything was run smoothly, and I never had any worries! Dr. Katzen, himself, was phenomenal- I felt more than comfortable having him perform my surgery. All in all, I am very, very pleased with Katzen Eye Center and the way they did business with me. I highly recommend them!
