(April 15, 2015, 7:16 am)I've had the pleasure of four visits to the office of Gordon Smith DDS. From the time you call on the phone, to when you check out, the experience is wonderful. When you walk in, the receptionist welcomes you more like a guest than just a patient. The dentist, Dr. Smith and his assistant are also as friendly and welcoming and they all just make you feel like they're glad you're there. They don't take it for granted the way some other practices do. Dr. Smith explained conditions and treatments in words I can understand and I feel so confident in his skill. The environment is meticulously neat and clean. It feels like everyone at every level in this practice operates as one great family. The office has such good vibes. The hygienists, assistants and front staff are very capable and personable. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone

(June 26, 2013, 7:16 am)Dr. Smith has been my dentist for many years. What makes me a loyal patient is because he is a kind doctor. He has over 30 years of experience which to me is very important when choosing a professional. My family and I trust his dental work and his prices are very reasonable too. His office staff are very warm and welcoming people as well. They are always happy to see me too. I have been to other offices and I know the difference.

At that time I was fearful of having any dental work done, but after the first visit, I felt more confortable and relaxed about dental procedures and the best part was... pain free!!! The staff is very nice and helpful. One of my friends recommended Dr Smith to me and I appreciate his recommendation :)
