(August 10, 2018, 2:48 pm)I want to comment on your Delray Beach office that has provided fantastic service with the outstanding staff of Nick and Desiree. They are so Knowledgeable, Polite and Courteous which I have never received before in any other office. I have never had this great level of hearing with any other hearing aid and don't have any issues with background noise and hear so clearly.

(July 31, 2018, 1:36 pm)I would like to comment on how great I am hearing with my Miracle Ear hearing aids. My hearing aids sound great and I wear them all the time. I have fantastic clarity and I don't have any issues with background noise.
The service that I receive from Nick and Desiree at Miracle Ear was just what I was looking for and they have treated me wonderful.
I commend the staff for a job that is well done, kind and considerate of their clientele. -

(July 25, 2018, 9:05 am)The Delray Beach office has been taking great care of me and I hear every conversation so clearly and can enjoy my normal everyday life. I am moving now so I will miss both Nick and Desiree because they have given me the best care more than I have ever received from any other doctors office. They are absolutely GREAT.

(July 18, 2018, 9:32 am)I tried Costco's top of the line model for $3,000. I was really hoping that these hearing aids are as good as $6,000 models sold locally. Unfortunately, they are not the same product and found out that the Costco models are older versions and stripped down versions that look similar but features and quality of sound are very different that is why the price is lower. I could not hear as clearly especially in noise and it makes a big difference.
I am extremely pleased with the care and concern that is given to me at Miracle Ear. There is clearly a commitment to excellence exhibited by Nick Malatesta. I consistently leave his office with the WOW experience still amazed at how well I hear now after Nick has taken care of me at Miracle Ear. -

(July 10, 2018, 3:54 pm)I have gone to other hearing aid offices and was completely NOT SATISFIED. I finally found Nick Malatesta and Desiree Gomez at Miracle Ear.
Nick sat with us and explained everything to me in detail with patience. He has a great personality and is dressed immaculate. He actually called me the next morning to see how everything is working. As far as I see he is a great specialist and a great man.
Desiree is sweet and has a warming personality. She knows everything about the process of purchasing hearing aids and can answer all questions.
It was a pleasure dealing with these great people and I left their office completely satisfied and I hear fantastic now and have no more hearing problems.
