Just moved here. Saw reviews for Dr. Bastien, and decided to get an appointment. OMGosh. When the Doc opened the door to my room, She was so friendly and warm. She told me to come out with her and we both went go to the candy bowl to pick out a piece of candy. That was a hudge icebreaker. Instead of nice to meet you, and what can I do for you today. Went back to the room and just started talking like making friends.So very cool! When we got to the medical part she took her time as a medical professional does with a bit of joking and chuckling. In mean time. Medical, Family history etc.... She suggested some medication changes and offered her advice on a few medical issues I had. I took her advice and with her medication suggestions I do feel much better. She is a very highly skilled Physcian and even with her very down to earth personality, (Don’t let that fool you.) She knows exactly what she is doing. With a Yale residency and internship what do you expect. I am so very thrilled to have her as my Physician.

Dr. Bastien is and excellent physician. Not only she very knowledgeable, she’s very kind and takes her time to explain everything. Her and her staff treat you like they’ve known you forever like family. She provides great recommendations and education about your health. I’m thankful to find such an excellent provider. 5 stars!!!
Great service! Office staff was very friendly, and the doctor took her time examining me and answering all my questions. Genuinely cares about her patients, and goes the extra mile to make sure her patients are well attended to. For the first time ever, I actually look forward to doctor visits!
Dr. Bastien is by far the best primary care doctor I have seen and nothing I can say will do justice. She is extremely intelligent, a compassionate and caring person, and a truly an outstanding doctor. I count myself truly lucky to have found her. Dr. Bastien's approach is to treat the whole person, not just the symptom.
In addition, I cannot say enough about her office staff and their desire to help in anyway they can. I strongly feel that Dr. Bastien is the ideal physician. She genuinely cares, is professional and makes an investment in the health and well being of her patients.
