    An amazing practitioner who truly cares about his patients. I am so grateful for the great care he and his staff provided.     Dr.Richard N. Foltz,Is the best doctor I have ever met.It sucks I met him under the condition I was in but.This is the man you can put your faith in,He does amazing work and he really does care about his patients.No matter where you come from.He has been straight forward and encouraging every step of the way.If I was ever to want a doctor to truly rely on and trust its Dr.Foltz.Hope to see you again,take care Doc.
