  I've been working out here for about a year. Twice weekly 30 minute workouts have made me much stronger for my job and for playing with my kids.
  
  I like the balance of flexibility and accountability. I don't feel bad texting my trainer when kids or work get in the way, but I don't want to slack off and let him and the owners down either.
  
  The only reason I hesitate to write a review is that I selfishly want to keep this gym the small gem that it is.

  FR has by far been the best gym I've ever joined! In one year the knowledgeable, motivating, and energetic staff has put me in the best shape of my life!! It's amazing what can be done in a half hour 3-4 times a week. I credit the small group classes which enables the trainers to really focus in on each one of us (whether we like it or not :P) and push our limits. In addition to the wonderful staff, the other gym goers are just as friendly and motivating. The family feel makes this gym an incredible place to de-stress, lose weight, and tone up.

  Fitness Redefined is more than a gym it's a community. I've tried a lot of gyms and fitness redefined is the only one I've consistently stuck with for close to two years now. There literally aren't enough words to describe how great this place is! The staff is amazing, so friendly and caring and really take the time to get to know members. The workouts are always challenging and are created to target the entire body, you definitely leave each class feeling the workout. I truly look forward to each class, even the ones at 6am! It's such a wonderful place to make fitness a part of your life for the long term!

  I have been going to Fitness Redefined for about 2 months now & I LOVE it! I've tried several other gyms/classes in the past but Fitness Redefined is by far my favorite. The classes are short (30 minutes) but very effective. I'm already seeing results and have lost 10 pounds without altering my diet too much! Everyone is so friendly & helpful and they make you feel welcome! And a huge bonus is the child care 3 mornings a week with sweet girls there to take care of your little ones!

  Fitness Redefined is like no other gym I have been to. From the owners to the other clients, everyone is friendly and encouraging. All of the trainers teach you how to do the exercises correctly, so as not to hurt yourself. They are encouraging, not only about your fitness, but, also, your nutrition and overall well being. And through the fitness programs and personal training, they all like to have a good time, which makes going to the gym a lot more fun!! If you have not tried Fitness Redefined, I highly challenge you to take a class or two, you will not regret it....
