We were referred to Matt at R&B Home Appliance by another appliance repair specialist who stated, "Matt's the guy I go to when I can't solve a repair issue". So, we left a message, received a prompt and courteous call back from Kenny, and had an appointment for Matt to diagnose the issue the very next morning. Not only did Matt quickly determine the cause of the problem, but he explained the malfunction in such a way that anyone could understand. He also helped us evaluate whether or not replacing our unit made sense. We decided to repair our existing appliance and follow Matt's suggestion to also replace an inexpensive fuse to avoid future costly repairs. The entire process was easy and hassle-free, thanks to both Matt and Kenny. We now have a go-to appliance expert for all of our appliance issues. What a find!!
First, they got back to me within 24 hours. That was great. Second, the office manager completely listened to my issue, tried some possible problem solving scenarios over the phone, and was right up front about the diagnostic fee. Third, the repairman, Matt, actually showed up on time, diagnosed the issue properly, actually showed me the issue, and then gave me a quote before beginning his work. And, fourth, he actually cleaned up the inside of my dryer for me and taught me some tips to extend the life of my dryer. So, yes, I would absolutely hire R&B Home Appliance Repair again--for whatever appliance I need serviced.

We called for them to look at our refrigerator, and because we had unplugged it they could not assess the issue. They said if it malfunctioned again within thirty days they would not charge us a service call to come back. On the 28th day it malfunctioned again, and they were as good as their word!
